Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend this event, you may send a substitute delegate in your place at no extra cost, provided we are notified of a substitute at least 14 days before the event. There is pre-work for the course which renders it improbable to find substitutes who can complete these requirements without sufficient notice. Consequently, cancellations may incur full or partial course costs. If you cancel without a substitute delegate more than 30 days before the event, you will receive full course reimbursement. If you cancel without a substitute delegate any time between 15-29 days, you will receive a 50% course reimbursement. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur full course costs.
